JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist with daily food preparation and serving for residents and staff following all regulations for sanitary procedures. Daily dishwashing and kitchen cleaning duties. Assist with inventory and stocking of food products.

QUALIFICATIONS

Able to work independently following instructions for food preparation and sanitation procedures. Must be able to deal tactfully and effectively with residents, families, visitors and co-workers. Must be able to read and understand standard English and be able to work with food products and standard cleaning chemicals.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must possess, as a minimum, an 8th grade education. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. On the job training provided.
